The aim of the journal is to disseminate and subject to academic scrutiny the results of fundamental and applied research in the fields of D4 Public Management and Administration and D3 Management in the context of economic transformation, business development and administration, as well as ensuring their integration into the national and international academic landscape in accordance with the standards of specialist academic publications.

The objectives of this academic journal are:

‒ to publish the results of academic research in the fields of D4 Public Management and Administration and D3 Management in the context of economic transformation, business development and organisational management;

‒ ensuring independent double-blind peer review and adherence to the principles of academic integrity;

‒ adherence to the established publication frequency and editorial policy of the journal;

‒ forming a high-quality editorial board involving domestic and foreign scholars in the relevant fields;

‒ ensuring that publications meet the requirements for scientific articles (structure, methodology, scientific novelty, practical significance);

‒ integrating the journal into the international scientific community (publications in English, DOI, international standards of editorial ethics);

‒ indexing and increasing visibility in scientometric and international information databases;

‒ ensuring open access to publications;

‒ developing scientific communication between scientific institutions, higher education establishments, public authorities and the business community.

The journal has been included in the List of Ukrainian Scientific and Professional Publications, Category ‘B’, in the field of «Management», in accordance with Order No. 491 of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 27 April 2023.

The journal is published twice a year in Ukrainian and English (bilingual).

Circulation: nationwide.

Submission of research articles for Issue 1 – by 1 April; for Issue 2 – by 1 November.
