Archiving and Long-Term Preservation Policy
Archiving and Long-Term Preservation Policy
This academic journal ensures the archiving and long-term preservation of published materials, guaranteeing their permanent availability via open access.
Upon publication, all academic articles are made available on the journal’s official website in an open electronic archive with no time limit on access. Each publication is presented as a separate electronic resource with a unique web address and is accompanied by relevant metadata.
To ensure the reliable preservation and accessibility of scientific content, the editorial board implements a range of organisational and technical measures, including:
‒ regular data backups;
‒ maintenance of metadata in accordance with current requirements for scientific communication;
‒ use of digital identifiers (DOI) to ensure stable access to publications;
‒ monitoring of the technical condition of the web resource and ensuring the relevance of storage formats.
The journal permits the deposit of published materials and their author’s versions (Author’s Accepted Manuscript) in open institutional or subject-specific repositories, thereby enhancing the accessibility, visibility and dissemination of research findings.
To ensure the long-term preservation of content, modern digital archiving and distributed data storage technologies may be used, which minimise the risks of information loss and guarantee its recovery in the event of technical failures.
The implementation of this policy ensures continuous open access to scientific publications, the preservation of their integrity and authenticity, and compliance with modern standards for the digital preservation of scientific information.
