Any appeals to the editorial office regarding violations of the requirements of the Procedure for forming the List of scientific professional publications of Ukraine are accepted in writing by sending a letter of appeal to the official address of the founder of the publication.

The letter must be drawn up in accordance with the Rules of organization of record keeping and archival storage of documents in state bodies, local governments, enterprises, institutions and organizations, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of June 18, 2015 № 1000/5.

The signature of the applicant must be certified by the human resources department of the main place of work.
