Founder: Municipal Institution of Higher Education “Dnipro Academy of Continuing Education” of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council.

Scientific profile of the journal (cluster title): Human Capital Development, Social Sciences and Journalism. A1 Educational Sciences, A3 Primary Education, A5 Vocational Education (by specializations). The journal covers current issues in the development of educational theory and practice.

The journal accepts original research articles, review and analytical papers, and book reviews that correspond to its scientific profile and established requirements. Submitted manuscripts must present a clearly defined research problem, a well-substantiated research methodology, and results of both theoretical and practical significance. Articles are accepted in Ukrainian and English, provided they have not been previously published. Each article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), ensuring its integration into the international scientific information space.

All submitted manuscripts undergo peer review conducted by the editorial board. The editorial board includes leading Ukrainian and international scholars. The journal cooperates with higher education institutions in Ukraine and abroad, as well as with public authorities and local self-government bodies. This cooperation includes the dissemination of informational materials, publication of research articles, and organization of conferences, discussions, and round tables.
