The publication of research articles in the journal is carried out on a fee-based basis for editorial and publishing services.

The publication fee is 700 UAH per article of up to 12 pages. In case of exceeding the specified length, each additional page is charged separately at a rate of 60 UAH.

 

Payment is made only after the article has been accepted for publication following the peer review process and the corresponding decision of the editorial board. The publication fee is fixed for the author after submission of the manuscript and does not change at subsequent stages of the editorial process.

The publication fee covers the costs associated with editorial processing of the manuscript, including language editing, technical processing, layout design, DOI assignment, and publication of the article in open access on the official journal website.

Waiver Policy

The editorial policy of the journal предусматриває the possibility of applying reduced or waived Article Processing Charges (APC) for certain categories of authors.

In particular, applicants of the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education (PhD students) funded by the state budget are exempt from paying the publication fee provided that the following conditions are met:

the article is prepared individually (without co-authors);

an official certificate from the place of study (doctoral/PhD program) confirming the applicant’s status is submitted.

The granting of a waiver is determined by the editorial board after the article has successfully passed the full peer review process and provided that it meets the journal’s requirements. The application of waivers does not affect the objectivity of peer review, the content of editorial evaluation, or the final decision on publication.
